I’m excited to share with you some of Youngblood’s fall collection, which is available starting today! This is a brand I adore and have done many reviews on (here, here, and here). Why do I love them so much?! For starters, they’re paraben, talc, oil, fragrance, and cruelty free! Yay… Kobe and I are thrilled about this. To top it off, they offer great quality products! Plain and simple.

So, without further adieu… here are the beautiful colors of Youngblood’s fall collection. ♥

Pressed Mineral Eyeshadow Quad in Moulin Rouge ($43)
I have a lot to say about this item. :) At first, I was like… “um… what do I do with the red/orange eyeshadow.” I tried paired the red/orange (Red Light) with the dark brown (Cabarets) and it was gorgeous! A chic and sophisticated smokey eye perfect for the fall season. Just looking at the colors makes me think of my favorite season. The pearlized vanilla (Revue) is a perfect highlight for under the brow and in the inner corners. The warm caramel color is beautiful alone or paired with Cabarets. I’m quite surprised at how much I’m loving this palette. It’s definitely different from all the shadow colors I tend to gravitate to (mostly pinks and purples)! I’m in love with this palette not only because of the beautiful colors, but also because it’s super pigmented. The swatches you see are just a swipe of the product. No rubbing or packing the shadow to show the swatches. All around, it’s great and I am really enjoying it.

Incredible Wear Gel Liner in Sienna ($21)
My next favorite item is this metallic bronze gel liner. Like most people, I have a lot of black liners (gel, pencil, liquid, etc). Only recently did I start to use brown eyeliner. I love brown liners because they look so natural! Brown liners provide just the right amount of definition and  color without the dramatic and harsh look of a black liner. So needless to say, I was thrilled to get this beautiful bronze liner. It has a bit of shimmer, but not in an overwhelming way. I think it looks more shimmery in the pot than on your eye. You can create a thin line or a thicker line as shown below. As I mentioned, Youngblood has good quality makeup… This won’t budge once it’s set. :)

Lipstick in Blushing Nude ($19)
Last but not least, this beautiful nude lipstick. It’s perfect for everyday wear. Provides just enough pink to give your lips a little color, so don’t worry about it washing you out. Again, great color payoff. The top swatch is just one swipe. the bottom is a couple of swipes of the lipstick. As you may know, I have super dry lips (see my unusual cure for dry lips here)… but this lipstick is pretty moisturizing, compared to other lipsticks anyways. ;) I’m more of a lipgloss kind of gal, but I wear this lipstick when I want to make sure I have long lasting color.

One last family photo :)

I hope you’ve enjoyed this post. I know it feels like summer just started and fall seems eons away… but I’m already using these fall colors! Haha. It was my first time using Youngblood’s shadows and I’m in love!  Can’t wait to see their winter collection!
