It’s A Beautiful Life…

With Thanksgiving still on my mind (& waistline) and Christmas right around the corner… I’ve been counting my blessing even more.

Of course there’s the big important stuff like family, friends, health etc… but the beauty of life can also be found in the small things.  Here’s a quick glimpse into the items (& stories) that make my life beautiful and blessed.

Chandelier
I saw this chandelier at the movie theaters (of all places) while out with some girl friends and fell in love with it. Took me almost 6 months to find it, but it was worth the wait.

Necklace
A $10 Forever21 necklace I bought years ago while I was living in my little 1 bedroom apartment. Didn’t realize how blue the carpet was until I moved out and saw pictures.

Figurine
Saw this statue at the Louvre and loved it. So I decided to bring a mini version home. <3

Vintage Phone
Gift from my mom. She likes to collect nick knacks and then ‘gifts’ them to me when she’s tired of them.

Jewelry Holder
Purchased in Paris as a gift for someone back home… but couldn’t part with it once I got back.  Now it sits on my dresser and holds some of my favorite jewelry pieces.

Candle Holder
Purchased recently as a Christmas gift for someone special.  I’m “borrowing” them until Christmas.

Christmas Decorations
Holiday decorations I picked up from Big Lots! The pine cones make the entire room smell like the holidays.
