Become a Curling Champion ;)

For those of us born with stubborn straight lashes… here’s the trick to finally get the perfectly curled lashes you’ve always wanted!

Follow these easy steps to become a curling champion!

1. Follow directions on how to Hairspray Your Lashes. Please don’t literally spray your lashes
2. Here’s the key… Curl at the base and release, curl mid lash and release, then curl near the tip of the lash and release. You can curl in 3 places like I’ve just outlined, but I typically curl in 4-5 places spaced evenly through the length of my lash.  This will give your lashes a natural full curl throughout the entire length of the lash. If you just curled at the base of you lash… you’d have lashes that point straight up!

I love my Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler ($19), because of it’s mushroom shape and strong silicone pad. Unfortunately, these are no longer sold at Sephora.  You can order them online, but if you’re in a hurry to get a new eyelash curler… Shiseido’s ($19) is a good alternative. Both come with an extra pad. Each pad should last you about 3 months with daily use.
